Sarytogan Graphite Limited is excited to announce the successful receipt of A$2,641,210 cash from the EBRD for Tranche 1 equity investment, resulting in the issuance of 16,507,563 shares to the EBRD. This investment at A$0.16 per share represents a significant premium compared to recent trading. Tranche 2 is in progress for a further equity investment, subject to FIRB approval, to bring the total investment to A$5,000,000. With this cash injection, key projects including bulk sample milling, product testing, and management recruitment will now proceed. We are also pleased to report progress on our Sarytogan Graphite Deposit with a newly estimated Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve, showcasing the potential of our operations.
